Water had rotted the siding and sheathing behind it. We opened the wall to the studs, replaced the damaged framing, insulation and sheathing, then installed and painted new siding to match.

Balcony Post Replacement

Apartment community · Anoka, MN

The support post and the beam board above it had rotted through. We shored the balcony with a jack, replaced the rotted wood, then wrapped and painted everything to match.

Down to the Rafters

When the decking is shot, we replace it instead of covering it up. Our crew stripped this roof to the rafters, then laid new decking to give the new roof a solid base.

Bathroom Rebuild After a Leak

After a major leak, another contractor tore this bathroom out and never came back to finish it. The homeowner had been living with it since May. We stepped in and completed the rebuild in about a week: walls closed up, new stone-look tile on the floor and wainscot, and the vanity and fixtures back in place.
